The place
A slow life hideaway
A secluded retreat on a hillside above the Storfjord and the Sunnmøre Alps – handcrafted log walls, the scent of timber, works of art and a panorama that quietly does away with urgency. The pine trees greet you before you reach the door, a fire is lit inside, and guests settle into sofas with a book, pick up a puzzle, or simply sit. Welcome home.

Wellness shaped by nature
Step out of the hotel and into the trees. The wellness area is small and intentional – outdoor jacuzzis, a sauna overlooking the forest and a handful of treatments to book in advance. The natural surroundings bound to make your shoulders drop.

An evening by the fjord, the light lasting long into the night. In the boathouse, the chef is at the hearth – cooking your five-course dinner over an open fire while the fjord sits still outside.
